Dr. E.M. Kolasinski offers instructional
services for individuals, small groups, large groups, and racing
teams. She is also available for speaking at corporate events.
All individual and group services
are tailored to meet the mental game needs and goals of the client,
team, or group. A list of mental game topics that can be covered

Services
for the Individual
- Personalized one-on-one
sessions conducted on a regular or as-needed basis
- Packages of
sessions are available
- For services provided for
an extended period of time, a retainer can be arranged
- Sessions
can be conducted in-office, on-site at a competition
venue, or at any other location convenient for the
client; sessions can also be conducted entirely by phone
- For
racing clients with a minimum of two prior sessions,
mental game assistance can be provided during races
if radio communication is available

Group Consultations
- Consultations and instruction
provided for small and large groups by the hour, half-day,
or full-day
- For racing clients, consultations
can be conducted with
the entire racing team and a retainer can be arranged
for extended work
Instructional Events
- Mental game instruction
provided during a clinic, camp, seminar, or other large
group function
- Curriculum can be tailored
to the needs and interests of the attendees and can include
any combination
of classroom instruction; individual consultations;
and on-lane, on-course, on-track, or in-car mental game activities
Corporate Events
- Keynote speech or presentation
given at a corporate function or event
- Speech or presentation
can be tailored to the audience and can address specific
topics of interest and relevance to the company and
its employees
